Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is only possible if the product has not yet been dispatched from our facility.

For all cancelled orders, a store credit will be issued, which you can use for any future purchases on our website.
Transit Damage
While we take great care in packaging, there is a very rare chance that a product might be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these instructions carefully:

An Unboxing Video is Mandatory: You must record a continuous video while opening the parcel, clearly showing the product. If the item is found to be damaged in this video, we will replace it immediately.

We are unable to assist with any damage claims without a clear and complete unboxing video.

Exchange

Exchanges are provided for the same product, subject to availability.

If the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.

Exchange is allowed once per order.

Customized products, made according to customer instructions (e.g., name customization), are not eligible for exchange. Please double-check your order details carefully for these items.

We do not accept exchanges if you simply dislike the product or its color. We strive to provide high-quality items, and all product details are thoroughly described on our website. We kindly request that you review all details before placing your order.

All products purchased on sale, with a discount, or using a coupon or gift voucher are considered non-exchangeable.

Only products that are unused, undamaged, with all original labels and tags completely intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.

If you have a size issue with the product delivered, you need to email us at support@mummame.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Product sizes are mentioned in the description, and we recommend checking them before ordering.

For size-related exchanges, an unboxing video and a repackaging video showing the items are required. A minimal shipping fee may apply for the to-and-fro transit, depending on the parcel size.

In some cases, our courier partners may not offer a reverse pickup facility for certain pincodes. In such situations, customers will be requested to ship the product back to us themselves.

If the product is not handed over to our courier partner within 5-7 business days from the date the exchange request was raised, the request will be automatically canceled.
Return/Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited back to the original payment mode within 4-6 working days, depending on the bank's processing timeline.
